Irregular periods so I can't go by lmp or ovulation date. My due date is 6/25/10…. Is it possible conception?

occured on 10/6/09? Due date was calculated by 2 early transvaginal ultrasounds. I'm now 32 weeks and u/s shows no change in due date. I have used the online calculators... I'm just not sure if they benefit me since I'm so irregular. Hubby and I were just wondering! Thanks!
