How long does it take for conception? And do i have an open window around my fertility time?
im 28/female.I know i can get pregnant because im already a proud mother. Im sorry if I sound like all the other conceiving questions but i really want to know what others think. ive noticed that ive taken a few different ovulation calculator tests online and they all have around the same dates but not quite the same...some say my fertility window is from the 23 to the 25 and another one said from the 25th to the 28th..my question is, is if I have sex (for instance) the day before a fertile day, do I still have that chance of getting pregnant? Does it take a day for the sperm to reach where it needs to go? How long does it take for conception? Please help me out with this if you can
