If my doctor wants to induce me because I live far away, can I say no? ?
With my 1st pregnancy I was induced because I live so far away, an hour and a half from the hospital. This time I want to have a natural birth and experience my water breaking and having normal contractions and all the usual normal birthing process. But I have to wait until next month to ask my new doctor. My insurance is changing and I have to look for a new doctor. But if and I am hoping it is a big IF they want to induce me because of how far away I live can I really say no?
Hopefully there won't be any medical problems that cause an induction, so far everything is going really well.

It is completely your choice how you want your birthing process to be Whether it be natural, w/epidural,c-section. etc. No one has the right to arrange a birthing plan for you unless there are medical reasons why one would be safer than the other
You can absolutely tell the doc exactly how you want the process to go, and you should be able to come to an agreement on how you will make it work for you. As we all know, sometimes births don't go according to plan However, you do have the right to say no to an induction that you dont't feel is necessary

i used to do these all of the time with my last pregnancy.. but i got different answers depending on the test.. does anyone believe in those quizes? I know some of them can't be proven, like saying that girls steal your looks so you look worse when pregnant with a girl.. but what about the heart rate? does anyone know if its actually true that a girl's heart rate is faster than a boys? and what about any of the other sayings? im just so anxious to know what im having!

I had some fun with these too, but not one was accurate lol. I did the chinese gender chart and it predicted girl when I'm having a boy. As for your looks getting worse with a girl, well in my opinion my looks kind of worsened-very swollen feet and ankles, face breakouts and pale. And the heart rate being faster for girls...my boys heart rate was around 175 for the longest time, but every baby's HR is high in the beginning and gradually gets a little lower toward the end of the pregnancy. I was very anxious too before I found out it drove me nuts! Have fun with the games, and don't go too crazy before your big U/S!

Is it possible to feel pregnancy symptoms prior to implantation?
I'm about 9-10dpo today and ovulated last Monday (I felt it). Since then, I've had the following "symptoms":
Tender/sensitive breasts (they just started tingling and having shooting pains yesterday)
lower back pain (like menstrual pain)
intermittent cramping and abdominal discomfort
headaches
fatigue
heartburn
mild constipation
I don't get PMS symptoms until about 1-2 days prior to AF coming and she's not due until next Tuesday or Wednesday. I had a m/c back in October 2006 but have been fairly regular in my cycles since then. My doc sort of suspected a UTI, because I had one in December, but I do not have the frequent urge to urinate like I did then. HPTs have come up negative but I believe it may have been too early.
