Okay I take 2 flinstones vitamins all day because I cant swallow the big ones and I live in Mexico where its hard to find actual chewable prenatal vitamins.
Anyways in each vitamin there is 400IU of Vitamin D and 800UI for both. Most prenatals have just 400IU-500IU in each dose. Is this an overdose that could effect my baby. I know if the sun you can get a dose of 10000 IU without an overdose.

You don't need to worry about taking that amount. You can take several times that amount without having any problems. Many experts actually think that the daily recommended amount should be raised to 1000 IU. You don't need to worry about it a bit; 800 IU is well under overdose levels.
Also, research has found that most pregnant women have below optimal levels of Vitamin D in their bodies. So, most likely, you're actually better off taking twice s much as the average prenatal contains.

I didn't really get bad morning sickness and only vomitted once during that first trimester, now that I am 5 months pregnant I had a headache that last me all night until morning and vomiting. Could it be what I ate or something else? (I ate mashed potatoes and ground beef and a lettuce and tomatoe salad.) I didn't have any tylenol but will have to pick some up today. I'm on my 2nd day now feeling this way. Should I worry? What could it be? Should I tell my doctor?

I am thinking of becoming a nurse that works with infants/labor and delivery, and I'm not doing it for the money since I love pregnancy and infants. But I was wondering could someone live off of a nurse salary in this day in age, I have read on the internet that they get paid around $18 an hour. Also could a infant/labor and delivery nurse be on call? I also know that they can work in a hospital but are there any other settings one could work in? any information would be great, thank you!
RNs make a good wage. However, labor and delivery is a very popular area of the hospital for nurses and not as many people get to work there as want to. You will likely start out working nights in another department until you have "paid your dues" so to speak and get high enough in the pecking order to get into labor and delivery. The best thing to do would be to talk to a nursing program in your area and see if there are some nurses you could talk to about their experiences. Good luck.

My period is due. I have no pregnancy symptoms and no period symptoms. I ALWAYS have really bad period symptoms. This is weird. I should be having extremely sore breast and cramps by now. I should of had sore breast a few days ago. I feel nothing. Sore Breast is one of the symptoms of pregnancy so could I be pregnant with no symptoms? I live out in the middle of nowhere and don't want to go all the way in to town for a preg test. How many of you got pregnant and had no symptoms?
I had no symptoms. No sore boobs, no morning sickness, no weight gain. The only symptom was a missed period.
