I had read that you could mix, vinegar, rubbing alcohol and Tea Tree oil together and it helps pimple breakouts. Already overweight and now pregnant.Any pregnancy diets?
Ok so I'm already 105kgs, not from laziness mind you I work 2 jobs, have 2 boys and have to remind myself to eat most days. I don't eat junk, hate takeaway and practically live on vegetables although I do eat meat also. I'm thinking its because I eat dinner around 9pm after work and before I start my night shift that it may be causing my weight gain etc. The problem is I have just found out I'm pregnant again and I'm very worried of how big I'm going to get! Does anyone have any advice on losing some weight while still eating right for bubs? I also have to be careful the first couple weeks as I have a history of m/c. Any advice would be great....Thanks in advance
First, you should not diet while your pregnant.
But you need to eat right.. And you may eat lots of veggies, but you need to eat at proper times.. It is well known, that people shouldn't eat after 6pm, especially right before bed.
Continue what you are eating..veggies and meat,,,but eat at proper times, make sure you eat 3x a day. If you have to remind yourself to eat, then you aren't eating right.
Or have 5 small meals a day, and don't eat anything after 6.
But do NOT diet, your baby will need the vitamins.

If your rubella titer was positive, that means you have the rubella antibodies present and you are immune to the disease, usually due to childhood vaccinations.
If you were never vaccinated they should have run an IgG and IgM to determine if you have been exposed to the virus during pregnancy. If your doctor was concerned they would have said something to you.

I am 23 weeks pregnant and I have gained 30 lbs...yes, I know it's excessive, and yes, I am totally concerned. The thing is, I eat extremely healthy. Sample day menu:
breakfast- kashi go lean cereal and 1% milk
snack- apple
lunch-whole grain bread with turkey and fresh fruit
snack-pear and fat free plain yogurt
dinner-chicken breast (skinless), brown rice, and broccoli.

Seriously, this is a diet menu..i don't know why i'm gaining so much weight. I weighed 115 prior to pregnancy and I'm 5'5''. I now weigh 145, and I still have 17 weeks to go. At this rate I'll explode...has anyone else experienced this, or is it just me? Also, I'm hungry all the time, and I feel like I'm starving myself, yet I still gain weight. Help???
edit: I have a Dr.' s appt tomorrow so I will talk to him about it then, I'm sure he'll also be concerned as I've gained 10 lbs in the last month.
Some women gain weight during the first trimesters and then slow down, stop or lose weight on the third one.
I wouldn't worry too much as long as you eat healthy and your levels are OK.
It happened to me exactly that way.
Don't starve yourself, sometimes we mistake thirst with hunger so try drinking some water first, if that doesn't help, a healthy snack is a good idea.

I've been reading about this condition where the babies are born with 3 chroma zones (x-x-y) and partially have one set of reproductive organs and a full set of the other. Seven weeks pregnant and already feeling better! Worried, lol!?
I'm seven weeks pregnant. From about 4 to 7 weeks, I've had a lack of appetite, sore and large breasts, minor cramping (no bleeding), excess saliva, night sweats and very TIRED! However, for the past 3 days, I've noticed fewer/reduced symptoms. I'm still tired but not as tired, I'm not as nauseous, I'm sleeping better. My boobs still hurt a lot though.
Is it possible that I'm just really lucky and have managed to escape morning sickness and any severe first trimester symptoms?
I never had morning sickness, no cramping , little bleeding, no night sweats, the only physical clarification I have at this moment that I am pregnant is big tits and an expanding belly. Some people get symptoms some don't. It's very very normal for you to be back to normal after your first trimester. I'm in my second trimester and i expect some form of bad symptom to arise when I'm in my third.
