As I am working away on my prenatal package - this is my first pregnancy. I am very anxious & worried at the same time.

breathing/relaxation technqiues - Didn't use it last pregnancy, plan on it this time, personally I would check it because hey it can't hurt right.

- walking - I've heard this is a great way to speed up labor, I'd check it.

- position changes - Don't know

- birthing ball (what is this?) - This is one of those giant balls, the same as the exercise balls, some women swear by it, just depends on your personal preference

- massage chair - I would check that one for sure lol

- rocking/lounge chair - Sure why not!

- counter-pressure (I don't know what that is) - Me either

- hot/cold compress (this one too?) Hot or cold towel or pack to cool or heat you up, I'd say yes.

- music (bring your own music, radio,...) Up to you, I wanted it quiet.

- whirlpool/shower - Go for it, It made me feel so much better last time.

- pain medicine - morphine - I went with the epidural and was happy.

- epidural- Yes

My sims 3 game is starting to glitch!?

So since I have been starting uploading anything for the sims 3 site that isn't made from the actual sims makers its been slow and freezing. I never had trouble before on my laptop with even every Single sims 2 extension pack and now I have every sims 3 extension pack. I have plenty of space left in my computer so that's not it. I have updated my browser and it seems to have gotten slower. My babies are glitching and or more like mutants until I change there clothes when they become toddlers. I'm sick of a almost 50 dolor game and 40 dolor extension packs glitching. The babies are like long poles or have there body is black, I don't know the download caused this. Oh and I downloaded a family and they had the naked clothing option so tons of pregnant woman are walking around with no pants or shirts now....it irritates me. Im not someone to bother using the cheat to make sims naked. I don't play sims often, but I still want this fixed. Someone help please

Cardio Exercise while trying to conceive or possibly pregnant?

I have been exercise and walking for around 5 months now, i have lost 42 lbs so far. I am ttc and was wondering is it safe to continue my cardio workout with 3 lb dumbells? I do the Jillian michaels workout dvds. they are about 30 minutes but are very intense and keep my heart rate up the whole time. It includes crunches, push ups, jumping jacks, and lots of strengthening exercises. Do you think this is ok. I am possibly pregnant as AF is due Fridy and no signs of it yet. I have been having some pregnancy symptoms such as dizzy, headaches, and fatigue. Please tell me what you think.

I had my Mirena IUD placed in March 07 I had my period for April and May and it is now June no period. I never been irregular before.Ive used Iud's in the past and NEVER had this problem. I think i might have a Urinary Tract Infection?

I have recently become sexually active, I had sex once without a condom, and he only precumed' once inside of me, so there is a chance i could be pregnant, and i know the guy doesn't have an STI. So yeah..
But this 'Burning' sensation, and smelly pee has happened before i became sexually active, so i don't know. But if i go to the doctor, and he gets the tests back.. will they say that i'm pregnant or not? Because if i'm pregnant i'll get shot by the parents; but i really want to get this UTI Treated, so pretty much all i'm asking is even if i dont ask for pregnancy results would he/she say 'you're pregnant' as well as you have a UTI.

Drinking lots of water and cranberry juice is supposed to help the uti. You should be able to talk to your mom about sex, if you are actually ready to be having it. Talk to her, & possibly discuss birth control?
