Hi all im 10+2 weeks pregnant and i had some light watery spotting after intercourse earlier,my partner is very well endowed so not sure if he has rubbed the cervix,Any one else had this?
from what i have read some spotting after sex can be normal. i wouldnt panic at all the neck of the cervix can become very sensitive and easily irritated.
assuming the spotting stops soon and doesnt come back i would chalk it up to the hanky panky! if you're worried call your midwife, but i doubt its anything to worry about.

I have bee nfeeling terrible the last few days. I am 31 weeks and on Sunday I had a terrible heache that lasted for about five hours, then monday I felt really tired all day, and today I feel nauseas, and I have an upset stomach as well. Should I be worried, or are these all normal this late in pregnancy?
Got that with both. Eat smaller meals. Carry your favorite healthy snack everywhere with you. Also, you should be off all caffeine, if you are the next trick will work. It is safe to have a small amount of caffiene, like less than a glass. I used to keep a can of soda (MT Dew works best) take a few sips for the headache. It opens your blood vessels and works faster than tylenol. It's great for a headache that is short lived.
