30 weeks pregnant with discharge that smells of vinegar. Also, some pain when I urinate. What is this?
I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and will be asking but I thought I would ask now to get some opinions on what could be going on down there. I've noticed an increase in discharge the past few days and just today I noticed that it smelled like vinegar. I've also been having pains in my vagina at different times. Sometimes it happens when I urinate, other times it happens when I'm sitting still, for no apparent reason. Could these be connected? Anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?
Any time there is an unusual odor in the vaginal or urinary area then it could be a possible infection of some type. I'd make sure to mention that to your dr. and say how long it's been going on with the pains also.
They can give you something or direct what to do for this then , just be sure to follow directions then if you need to take care of something there. It is not something other than your dr. can say for sure what it is.

Normally government hospitals in South Africa work on a first come first serve basis and you would have to wait in long queues. If you miss an appointment it is possible that they will ask you to come back on anither day but they can't refuse to give you a scan or to treat you.

A baby isn't technically a baby until it's born. The entire time it's in the uterus it's called a zygote, an embryo, or a fetus.
So based on the above statement, a baby does not exist at conception, but rather at birth.
My personal belief is however that an embryo is considered a human entity when it develops a heartbeat.
Until then it's just a mass of cells.
This is not to say that I necessarily endorse abortion, but I don't believe either that a person should be told what they may or may not do with their life or body. The only prohibition I offer is abortion equating to birth control.

She was bleeding a little over a month ago which meant she was in heat. (I don't know how long dogs are in heat)
I noticed earlier today that her lower part of her belly was bigger than usual and my mom felt her stomach but couldn't feel anything. She squeezed her nipple and milk came out. My mom said it could be hormonal but she's not a vet, lol. I figured I'd see what the Yahoo! Answers community thought before I made her an appointment for the vet.
She only goes outside every few hours for 5-10 minutes and then she's barking to come back in.

The world does not need any more mutts running around, there are so many dogs killed in shelters every day because of irresponsible people like YOU.
